Background and history

We are a consultancy providing technical advice and services in antibody humanization, antibody design and antibody structure determination. We also offer expert advice on scientific aspects of antibody intellectual property issues.

We have more than 30 years of experience in antibody modeling and antibody engineering. With numerous collaborators we have made key discoveries in the areas of variable region modeling, affinity improvement by protein engineering, analysis of the topologies of antibody combining sites and humanization by 'resurfacing' and 'superhumanization'. Our antibody web-modeling software WAM, now unfortunately no longer operational, was one of the most widely used methods for modeling variable regions of antibodies during the past 20 years.
